Manufacturing isn’t like other types of business. Retailers sell stock and service companies sell their time, but only manufacturers create new products from scratch.
This can lead to accounting problems. Manufacturing businesses have to account for their raw materials and processing costs, but they also have to work out the value of the finished items they create as well as comply with regulatory government agency like PEZA and BIR. Various reports(audited) are required each having due dates like every 30 calendar days and annual reports every March 31 of each year and high cost will be incurred if a company is delinquent: Balance Sheet Income Statement Statement of Cost of Sales Statement of Operating & Administrative Expenses
Prior to having acquired the system from GV Prime our client was running big risk of incurring further high cost in complying with report submission.
