What is a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), and why buy Microsoft licenses through you?

Accepted Answer

Microsoft sells most business licensing through partners rather than directly. As a Cloud Solution Provider we supply your Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform licenses with local billing in PHP, local support in your timezone, and one invoice, instead of a credit card charge from Microsoft and a support queue somewhere else. If something breaks, you call us, not a global helpdesk.

Do we pay more by buying licenses through GV Prime?

Accepted Answer

No. Our licensing is competitive with buying direct, and licensing is included in every engagement. We make our margin on the licensing itself, which is why we can be honest about the services around it: if you don't need a project, we'll tell you.

Question 3

Can you take over our existing Microsoft tenant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transferring your subscriptions to our CSP program does not disrupt your users, mailboxes, or data. The tenant stays yours; only the billing relationship changes. We handle the transfer paperwork with Microsoft and your current provider.

Question 4

What happens if we want to leave?

Accepted Answer

Your tenant and your data are always yours. If you move to another partner or direct to Microsoft, we release the subscriptions and help with the handover. There's no lock-in clause from us and no exit fee. One thing to be upfront about: Microsoft's annual-term licenses carry a 12-month commitment even when you pay monthly, so any annual subscriptions run to the end of their committed term. That's Microsoft's term, not ours, and it applies wherever you buy them. Month-to-month licenses can simply be cancelled. We'll always tell you which of yours are which before you commit.

How does billing work?

Under Microsoft's licensing, the term you commit to and how often you're invoiced are two separate choices. A month-to-month term stays flexible: cancel or resize at each monthly renewal. An annual term is a 12-month commitment but can be invoiced monthly or yearly, whichever suits your cashflow. Everything is in PHP with local payment options, and you get a proper invoice you can hand to your accountant, not a foreign card charge. We'll walk you through which term fits before you commit.

Question 6

We're on Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB. When is it worth moving to Business Central?

Accepted Answer

Usually when you outgrow single-company accounting: multiple legal entities, intercompany transactions, multi-currency operations, inventory tied to finance, or approval workflows your current system can't express. If you're a single company with straightforward books, we'll tell you to stay where you are. Business Central would be an expensive downgrade in simplicity.

How long does a Business Central migration take, and what does it cost?

Most migrations run weeks, not months, and we quote a fixed price agreed before we start, with no hourly meter. Scope drives the number: data migration, chart of accounts mapping, posting groups, and go-live support. See the packages and starting prices on our services page.

Can Business Central handle multiple companies and currencies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and this is a specialty of ours. We have configured intercompany operations across five legal entities in four countries: intercompany partners, posting group architecture, document flows, and multi-currency settlement, validated with test transactions and documented so the client can run it themselves.

What happens after go-live?

Accepted Answer

You are not left alone with a configured system. Our care package covers a monthly health check, email support with agreed response times, minor configuration changes, and a quarterly review call. When questions come up months later, the people answering are the ones who built your setup.

Can you manage our Microsoft 365 day to day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. User onboarding and offboarding, mailbox management, Teams governance, security baseline monitoring, and a monthly health report written in plain language rather than console screenshots. This is the work most SMEs hand to whoever is nearest a keyboard; we take it off your team.

We think we are overpaying Microsoft. Can you check?

Accepted Answer

That is exactly what a licence optimisation audit does: we compare what you pay for against what your team actually uses, identify over- and under-licensing, and execute the right-size migration. It usually pays for itself. A free health check is the no-obligation starting point.

Do you handle security: MFA, conditional access, threat protection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-factor authentication enforcement, Conditional Access policies, data loss prevention, and email threat protection, with a quarterly posture report. Most SMEs discover they need this layer after an incident; the setup is far cheaper than the incident.

Can you move us off our on-premises servers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exchange Online migration, SharePoint Online implementation, Teams Phone deployment, and the decommissioning of the old on-premises servers afterwards, including the cleanup that half-finished migrations leave behind.

Can we buy Azure through you, and how is it billed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Azure is part of our CSP program alongside Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365. Your consumption is billed to you in PHP on one local invoice, instead of a card charge from Microsoft in dollars. Same tenant, same portal, same Azure. Different billing relationship, and someone local to call.

Our Azure bill is unpredictable. Can you get it under control?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Azure is consumption-based (you pay per hour and per gigabyte), so it drifts upward in a way per-seat licensing never does. The work is unglamorous and effective: right-size oversized VMs, shut down dev and test resources outside business hours, retire orphaned disks, public IPs and gateways nobody owns any more, move cold data to cheaper storage tiers, and set budget alerts so surprises arrive by email rather than at month end. We apply the same discipline to our own cloud spend.

We have Azure infrastructure nobody understands any more. Can you sort it out?

Accepted Answer

This is one of our favourite kinds of work. Old domain controllers, VPN gateways, half-finished migrations, resources still billing years after the project ended. We start read-only: map what exists, what depends on what, and what is quietly broken, then propose a phased plan where nothing irreversible happens without sign-off and a verified backup. We have done exactly this, including retiring a failed cloud domain controller out of a hybrid environment without taking production down.

Can you move our on-premises servers to Azure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Assessment first, then VM sizing, networking and site-to-site connectivity, identity, backup, and the decommissioning of the old hardware afterwards. We will also tell you when the answer is no: plenty of SME workloads belong in Microsoft 365 or on a small managed footprint, and lifting a tired server into the cloud unchanged usually just relocates the problem and adds a monthly bill.

What about Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity?

Accepted Answer

Identity is where most Microsoft environments are won or lost. We configure Entra ID with MFA and Conditional Access, run directory synchronisation for hybrid setups, clean up stale accounts and forgotten domain controllers, and untangle the DNS and replication problems those leave behind, the ones that surface as random login failures nobody can explain.

Azure or AWS: which should we be on?

Accepted Answer

Whichever fits the workload and the team you have. If you are already invested in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Business Central, Azure keeps identity and support in one place. If you are running web applications or want the deepest managed-service catalogue, AWS is often the better home. We work in both and run our own platforms on AWS, so we have no incentive to sell you the wrong one.

You are a Microsoft partner. Why do you do AWS as well?

Accepted Answer

Because our clients run on both, and we do too: our own platforms are hosted on AWS. We are not interested in pretending one cloud fits every workload. If your website belongs on AWS and your identity belongs in Microsoft 365, that is what we will build.

Our AWS bill keeps growing. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A read-only cost audit is the starting point: we trace every line of the bill to what actually uses it and identify idle resources, orphaned leftovers, and storage sitting on the wrong tier. We ran the same audit on our own account and cut the bill by more than half with zero downtime.

Do you host websites and applications on AWS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Static sites and applications on S3 with CloudFront CDN, server workloads on EC2 or Lightsail, DNS on Route 53, TLS certificates and domains handled end to end, plus backup and disaster recovery to S3 with lifecycle policies.

What does "AI on your own data" actually mean?

Accepted Answer

A general chatbot knows what it read on the internet. Ours reads your documents: policies, manuals, contracts, support history. It retrieves the relevant passage from your own material first, then writes the answer from that, so replies reflect how your business actually works, and it can point at the source rather than inventing something plausible.

PDFs and Word documents, spreadsheets and databases, web pages and knowledge bases, chat logs and support tickets. It can be deployed as a chat widget on your site or app, and into the tools your team already lives in: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and your CRM or ticketing system.

Where does our data go? Is it used to train public AI models?

Your content stays in your workspace and is used to answer your questions, not to train public models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and each client is isolated from every other. We can also tell you precisely which documents an answer came from.

How long until an AI assistant is live?

Accepted Answer

A working assistant on your own documents takes weeks, not quarters: initial setup and data integration, then tuning and testing against real questions from your team. We would rather ship something narrow that answers correctly than something broad that guesses.

What is an MCP server, and why would we want one?

Accepted Answer

MCP is the Model Context Protocol, an open standard from Anthropic, the makers of Claude, for connecting AI assistants to your own tools and data. An MCP server is the piece that lets an assistant like Claude read your records and take actions inside your systems, with permissions, rather than only chatting about them. The system is built into GoHighLevel. If you're already on it, we install into your account. If you're not, we can set you up, but we'll be honest first about whether the switch is worth it for your situation.

Two safeguards. The scoring is tuned to your definition of a good lead, not a generic one. And if anything upstream fails, the lead falls back to manual review instead of vanishing. The system fails safe, not silent. You can also mark any scored lead good or bad, which feeds back into the tuning.
